Have you ever wondered how to release yourself from the experience of ADHD? Have you ever dreamed of having a “normal” brain? For years I felt “broken” until I discovered how to release myself from the experience of ADHD.
If that is something you dream of…. then listen to this episode and learn how I did it!
The goal of this episode is to help you see yourself in parts of my journey and for you to see that it is possible to live a life free of the symptoms of ADHD.
Most of my life I was in suck in self-loathing and self-hatred because of my brain. As you know, I was diagnosed 3 times and I found papers from the third diagnosis which I share parts of it in this episode.
I’m here to show you what is possible with transformational work and how you can have huge shifts in your experience of ADHD.

On my journey - I had no idea that it was possible to release myself from the symptoms of ADHD. Dr. Gabor Mate said in his book Scattered Minds, it is possible to grow out of ADHD. When you choose to move to a higher perspective, rather than through the medical model lens… you start to see different solutions on how to overcome the challenges you are experiencing. As a result, you can start to see different outcomes and possibilities that can unfold for you.
I accidentally released myself from the experience of ADHD. I always thought it was only a possibility to just “manage” ADHD because that is what we are taught. But the reality is that if it is possible for me, its possible for you.

From the last episode – as you know, the beliefs you have about your business and the beliefs about what you believe is possible for you – is exactly what you are creating right now, right? If you haven't listened to the last episode, start there. This one builds on it.
In this episode, the purpose is to help you get back on track with anything in life and business. So, if you are someone who believes you can't be consistent with ADHD – how does this impact the way you show up?
I had to release myself from being so hard on myself, allow myself to be a human. And now, I am becoming more consistent and committed.
You might be feeling a lot of pressure to “stay consistent” in your business. And, while you definitely need a level of consistency – people use it as some kind of process or reasons to beat themselves up.
What you’ll discover in today’s episode:
- You can make consistency mean anything you want it to mean
- How you can redefine consistency as resiliency
- How to have a better relationship with yourself and your brain
- And, how to have higher self esteem and ultimately show up as a better business owner
Right now if you are beating yourself up because you aren’t being perfect. You are making consistency mean “perfect. But you are a human, you are flawed, you can’t be perfect. What you can do is just pick yourself up where you left off.

So, it is like scrolling through social media, comparing yourself to other people or businesses, it never ends with you feeling like you're on top of the world, right? It's the same thing.

Most people are taught that you “need” more knowledge to thrive - which yes knowledge of course is super important, but in this case - too much info is hindering your success. When Mallory was 22, she built a global, multi-six-figure e-commerce business on a student budget. They were scaling incredibly fast but then it happened: she burned out. She started losing her hair, getting unexplainable rashes all over her, and she didn't even notice she had pneumonia until a doctor heard her trying to catch a breath.

ADHD Transformation is making a dramatic change in the form, appearance, or the experience of your ADHD. It is allowing yourself to release the traits or symptoms of ADHD that have been impacting you and your business. I share with you how specifically you can do this in a three step process.
Releasing your racing thoughts, overwhelm, anxiety, lack of focus, etc is possible! I share in this episode briefly about my personal transformation as someone who went from having really low self-esteem and hating my brain to finding peace, calm, and freedom within my brain.
Now, running my business has become so much easier!

If you perceive yourself as someone who is amazing at what you do, that is how you are going to show up. Call in the truest most authentic version of yourself and allow yourself to step into that space, even if it feels scary.

Angela is a 1:1 client of mine who completed my transformational coaching program, the Accomplished Mind Method. Angela was diagnosed later in life and she shares her journey and how she was feeling STUCK in her business. She said she was lacking a middle ground and her ADHD was impacting her success.
Angela’s team was doing $150k in sales every single month. And, she felt like she had a lot of responsibility and if she didn’t do something to push her out the plateau she was in, it was going to hugely impact her business, her team and her life. “How to create systems for your work life balance when you’ve never done it before? I go with the flow and chaos comes and I handle it. So how do I set up a system for myself to start out?” A question from Deana that we are going to answer in today’s episode!
In this episode of the ADHD Refresh Podcast, we will be talking about how burnout comes from being out of alignment. Many ADHD entrepreneurs struggle with finding the right work-life balance. I’m here to tell you that it is possible to find a place of peace, without the chaos, but you have to find that out for yourself because it may look different for everyone.
