Here is a common question I get in my messages from my followers about their ADHD, “I feel so frustrated because I can’t keep up with my impulsivity. I go with my impulsive ideas, and find it really hard to put my foot down and stop because my brain is already stressed out and way ahead of me. Help please!”

Impulsivity with ADHD gets painted with so much negativity and shame, because it is often correlated with losing control of one’s self. I used to suffer too, of mood swings and lashing out, and it took practice to learn how to NOT do this anymore. This can be possible for you too.

In today’s episode of the ADHD Refresh Podcast, we will talk about Danielle’s question that so many ADHD Entrepreneurs may be struggling with. We have never been taught in school how to break down our goals into small tasks and you are going to learn how to do exactly that in our episode today.
Find a goal that you’re excited about, and do a brain dump of all the things you need in order to achieve that goal. Divide all the tasks you have to do quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily so you avoid overwhelm while still being on track with your goals.
