In today’s ADHD Refresh Podcast, we talked about how you can change your anger into gratitude. When you hold anger inside of you, you can’t move forward and life becomes really difficult. Anger slows down your business and prevents you from creating the impact that you want to have. But in today’s episode, we find out that anger is really just suppressed sadness that we haven't taken the time to look into.
You can address all the anger and sadness, and turn them into gratitude. That’s what makes you powerful.

It is very easy to point fingers and blame others for your anger--anger towards family, anger towards the universe for ADHD, anger towards religions, anger towards strangers. But so much of this is sadness and it needs to be acknowledged and addressed. This sadness needs to be released, and it is your responsibility to do that because no one is coming to save you. Look inside of yourself, start getting curious about it, and transmute all the anger and sadness into gratitude and appreciation.
